Airlines are still working out the details on this vaccine passport requirement

Vaccines are just getting started and barely distributed

CLX website still says mobile solution is coming soon

Why would they announce they are going public when there are no regulations in place yet?

Why would they announce they are going public when the vaccine is not readily available to the majority?

When the details about the regulations become set in stone and about to become the new norm I believe CLX will drop the bomb on all they have accomplished and their RM into PASO. Article states in 2021 there will be a travel boom and regulations should be announced by the Spring. I don't think this JV will wait until then to start releasing news but I can understand why they haven't released any info yet. Why go public when, beyond CLX's control, regulations could be a couple months away still. Rocket would launch and come crashing down. Go public just before the new regulations and keep that rocket going. It is not like the mobile solution is up and running and it is the new norm and we are here still waiting for the RM. Things are still getting ironed out with the airlines. This is the year and quarter where patience will be tested and rewarded. GLTA.
