Possibly. Institutional type investors tend to accumulate positions rather than jump in. Also they tend to work in tandem and discuss strategies. Finally, I have seen situations where certain investors bought then sold and even shorted in order to be able to buy in at a lower price. Not to worry. We will likely see Rev announcement 1/15, then Q4 2/15. Sales are "crushing it". A bit further down the line may see new product licenses and JV's.
