No. I believe Kuni was a made up name/person. If he was real, he left when the truth about this scam was revealed.

When complaints were submitted to the SEC (which are just about useless for penny stocks) and when PIHN's investor relations person died in 2013, things really got odd. They went from an IT company, to mining for gold, to marijuana/hemp farming to energy drinks. All of them were dead-ends and lies. I personally think the IR guy that died was the phantom "Kuni".

I dont doubt you talked to someone that said their name was Kuni, as others have reported the same thing. Some said he talks with broken English, others said he sounds American with no accent at all.
