you're not going to like this, but the reality is market makers have been electing to buy the hundredth thousandth level not offered to majority of retail via brokers. They clearly have quite a lot to sell and given that by eoy most brokers will cut ties with caveat emptor stocks... a small trigger up to .0002 to get buyers in at .0001 is still a gain of 900% for a market maker selling what was handed to them at .00001 over the last several years. does this mean retail doesn't come in and pump this up? No, but the vast majority of these that do not get news or updated filings are traps. Just consider the long term picture.
