I'm keeping my "shares", but I wrote them off in December to take the tax loss. I recommend that stockholders consult their tax preparers to see about not missing the opportunity to write off TMPS shares in the year that they went bad. I don't believe that you have to sell them for zilch in order to take the loss, but it's just my opinion and I'm no authority on taxes.

The corporation would have to be revived for the "shares" to become real shares again, I suppose.

I hope we find out someday who got what, but no one got a government contract or a win at the appeal, it appears.
