We have temporarily fallen to a yield sign due to becoming delinquent which is fully understandable given the ownership transition going on. Like I said simply filing a 10-Q togething with nearly identical info from last one would have been easy. Same thing with 8-K PR. They could have released a business plan and started building hype and equity but instead are waiting for the prep work and court case to finish. This all hints to them setting up a real product for investors.
