Peter Allen, Northern California, is Co-founder of Sciton Inc, Palo Alto, California. Previously, he was General Manager for a medical laser company, Convergent Energy, Inc., in So Windsor, CT. He coordinated and controlled the manufacturing group and prior to that was OEM Business Manager (Sturbridge, MA). Researched and developed new markets for laser applications identifying potential industries and matching product capabilities to that industry's needs. He provided technical documentation and sales tools as well as on-site technical support for the sales force. As Engineering Manager in Palo Alto California, he managed a staff of laser engineers, mechanical and electrical engineers, designers and technicians, developing new products and processes. He transferred the technology from California to Massachusetts with the acquisition of an industrial company there. He also worked with Coherent Ltd, Cambridge as UK Chief Engineer/Mfg. Manager and BOC Industrial Power Beams Development Manager

Mr. Allen was educated in the U.K. with a BS in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, MS (course work only) in Control Engineering University of Hertfordshire.

George C. Briley, P.E., San Antonio, Texas, is presently Industrial Refrigeration Engineering Consultant for Technicold Services, Inc. He is also the Chief Technical Officer of PowerCold Corporation in Cibolo, Texas. He is President of both RealCold Products, Inc. and Channel Freeze Technologies, Inc. and is CEO of Nauticon, Inc. in Cibolo, Texas. Previously, Mr. Briley was Vice President, Marketing and Research and Board Member for Refrigeration Engineering Corporation, San Antonio, Texas. He helped build the Company from $4 million to $36 million with over 125 employees. The Company manufactured system components such as screw compressor packages, heat exchangers, vessels, several types of food freezing systems and petrochemical refrigeration packages. Also manufactured, engineered, installed, and serviced industrial refrigeration systems for poultry plants, red meat plants, cold storages, seafood plants, vegetable/fruit plants, further
processing plants, and petrochemical plants. Mr. Briley was Vice President and Board Member of the Lewis Refrigeration Company in Houston, Texas. He built the Houston Branch from zero to a $12 million organization. This branch designed and fabricated screw compressors and packaged refrigeration systems. They also designed and installed ammonia refrigeration systems for seafood processing plants, poultry plants, meat plants, cold storage warehouses, carbon dioxide purification and condensing systems. He joined York Corporation, York, Pennsylvania and attended the York Engineering Training Program. Served as a Project Engineer and Sales Engineer in Houston Texas

He is the founding President of the International Institute of Ammonia (IIAR), 1974; Fellow in American Society of Heating Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), Life Member, Distinguished Service and College of Fellows; Registered Professional Engineer in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Wisconsin; Four U.S. Patents; Author of many articles and papers regarding all aspects of Refrigeration.

Education:
He holds a BSEE from Louisiana Polytechnic, Ruston, LA, and was Summa Cum Laude
