Do all major players in an industry fail and get slapped with law suits by every JV partner they have a relationship with?

This is an outright false statement. Yes, they've had several JV partners over the years but most of them severed their relationship out of court and parted ways amicably. To my knowledge there are no active lawsuits (there were counter lawsuits filed by both mCig and FarmOn Foundation against each other but neither side has taken steps to pursue the legal action further).
