Target Price is listed @ .17 cents?! that's a 17 000% increase from .001!!
So a 1000$ investment would look like this

(1000$ / .001(per share) = 1 000 0000 shares) x .17 (target price)= 170 000$!!!

I'm not saying this WILL happen but those are the numbers if that scenario played out to the target and you invested 1000$ @ .001 and it ran to the target of .17 it would end up being an investment worth 170 000$!

Oh and it's no coincidence that the house approved the M.O.R.E act and simultaneously all the CBD / cannabis related companies a crossed the board skyrocket with companies involved in that market exceeding their profit intake targets by leaps and bounds.
