I looked deeply into this company and it's founder Tony Tian. The education is not a match with whats in the 8k and the address is also not a match.

There is a Chinese Financial Holdings company (with over 225M USD in capital at the exact address in the 8k that employs a department manager named Tian Wei who is the director of multiple companies also at the same exact address.

I thought my DD had been pinned maybe just Plus1 coined for a while
