Eddie, looking at RSI on penny stocks is like studying the inflation of a Bahamas straw market. Charts and all indicators have no bearing on penny stocks. In fact, the only thing that matters is that the ultimate effect of pricing due to supply and demand is exaggerated in the penny stock markets. By way of example, if someone buys a million shares of GDSI at the open tomorrow morning and does it in 10 minutes, the stock would be 6 or up 20 percent plus. Charting and indicators such as RSI mean nothing in penny stocks.
