3,309,500,000 shares owned by the company per an older 10K filing.

The level 2 and price movement shows it trades a lot thinner than the share structure implies. It has only gotten thinner over the years.

Retiring those shares (owners still own all the preferred shares) and an A/S reduction would be huge news!!
