Yes true, just being aware that politics can screw you.

I remember it like it was yesterday when the CNBC news scroll said XOM to buy GKP for something like 19.3B Only to have Obama admin not approve deal because GKP was operating in Kurdistan. A couple reverse splits later my 100k investment was essentially worthless.

Shit can happen.
