Lazar doesn't need redemption. People need to stop looking at his tickers as if he acquiring them as some kind of service to them. They are OTC garbage he is trying to use to make money for himself. That makes him just another potential catalyst for making them move. Just like all other OTC scum, they move relative to interest in them and that interest comes and goes like a fart in the wind. He is no longer the potential catalyst here.
