I think that is the timeline for both phases. Phase 1 is 30ksqft and will manufacture black mass as product.

Phase 2 will is another 30ksqft and will output battery grade materials from the black mass...

My understanding is phase 1 is generating revenue and profitable.

But yes phase 1 and 2 together is ~1 year.

They cleared toxic debt, the only lacking to uplift is 2 qtrs of revenue....they can meet the criteria and do that in 2021..with phase 1..I think phase 1 would help finance phase 2 or at least pay for part of it with help from sba.
