I gamble so I haven't dove extremely deep into all of the docs available. But I did find a name for a CFO while searching. I am unsure how current that info was on the CFO though. I have been quickly scanning the web to find other info out here. Seems CEO getting awfully bad wrap for charges that were dismissed. Seems CEO actually has no criminal record at all (although I don't personally know him and won't vouch for his character). Recent attorney letter seems to believe operations are legit, and no one involved is being investigated for any criminal actions. The large amount of shares issued to the CEO is somewhat questionable. But I'm not certain of the technicalities of the share-structure. Maybe these were issued to insure CEO remains in largest% of control of shares for voting privileges? I really wouldn't be the one to ask as like I say I just gamble.
