Who ordered the OPTI Apple twist?

Doing some more DD on OPTI and their UV-C led patent for cell phones and tablets, granted July 13 2020, I came across the fact that Apple filed for this as well. Guess what, yup they were too late. Apple wants it, OPTI has it. Regardless how this plays out, extra revenue and stock pps increases. Am I wrong?? ???? ??
