I think when both stocks have to keep up with each other to some extent.

The MMs take advantage skewing the bid/ask knowing exactly where the pps is going to go so both PDM/NKORF end up on a even keel at the EOD

so if the price goes up over there

the price goes up over here no matter what

or vice versa

something like that
