To be clear, I am not here to bash this ticker in any way. I am presenting the DD I found in about 5 minutes of searching. If this upsets you, please remember that DD is about digging for facts and don't bother insulting me for being the one to present said facts. It's sad that I feel the need to say this, but the number of times I've been flamed for simply presenting facts warrants it.

I've been unable to find anything current regarding Dennis Alexander (CEO).
He also calls himself the CEO of Boomerang Oil, SEDAR filings (Canada) last one 2016; and CEO of Mondial Ventures, also SEDAR, last filing 2014.
Current version of website has been under construction since 2011.

IMO too risky for me.
