I get that...nothings for free but the purchaser definitely has the edge in the contract. Gets to potentially dump initially 51 million shares into the market let’s say low .50 per. That’s $25 million dollars on $3 million investment. Then they do it 3 more times.
Along with $3,000,000 warrants at .50 share equates to 6 million common shares.
The purchaser also gets a 10% annual dividend on all un-converted preferred shares held.

I feel this purchaser is making out better than the company with all to gain and 0 risk.

I’m in the wrong profession lol

I just hope what they are getting for this is worth it.
