I haven't spent much time looking into this company.

Googling Barry, he just didn't seem of good character. In a news article he mentioned he had terrible credit in response to why he had to borrow money from a business associate.
He is heading another company, munchie something, which, if he were really serious about the potential of the 3-d video capture technology, he'd be devoting himself full time to this. He had/has another coffee company, which is like a hooters for coffee. And again, the company he purchased isn't at all in line with the VR company, the only reason I would have invested. There is no visibility into the company he purchased, and therefore no way of knowing what that purchase means. I think simply taking him at his word of getting above a $1 to uplist is too far a stretch, for me at least. Too bad to, seems like the patent is good.
