Finally, and sorry for the multiple posts, the Company can BUY BACK the Series F preferred shares. Probably not practical in the 1st 6 months or so of revenue production but excellent in that the company will have some control over the OS growth. This is huge for any additional closings, beyond the 1st two closings (i.e.the first $3m).

The Company has the option to buy back any outstanding shares of Series F Preferred for six (6) months from the date of issuance.
