In my opinion they will need to raise the AS at some point in the future to allow room for issuance of shares if that becomes necessary. However, the issuance of shares is less necessary with CAVU as they have reached the point of profitability. Therefore, the company is no longer reliant on the issuing of shares to raise capital for operations and become vulnerable to a debt conversion situation. They now have plenty of assets as collateral for borrowing purposes.

Finally, both Bob and Russ are common sharesharers and would be diluting their own ownership of CAVU with the issuance of a significant amount of shares. Issuance of a small amount of shares, for key personnel incentive purposes, would be a normal course of business and would not be concern to me.

Bottom line, the MM's need to stop the games and cover their off the books NSS now. CAVU's success is inevitable.
