Its been discovered the Tute's have been selling. I do not have the link as it was an image someone posted. but they reduced ownership significantly. Institutions from 47% to 37% I did not have to see it to know it was happening anyway. The volume has been strong with heavy selling pressure. It has never traded like this before. If you look at filings they were able to get more shares Dec. 8th. So they have a lot of shares still and we all know they are in around $10.00
Its my understanding that the lockup only applies if the stock is under $12.00. Therefore I think all initial investors have free trading shares. Again explains the action to me
The stock is certainly due for a bounce. We are also expecting really good contract news. They have told us 2b in advanced negotiations. Therefore the contract news best be good and not something small
Its really hard to predict the short term. There are plenty of arguments in both directions now.
another piece of news today I found from this poster
$RMO
"I told you guys that there biggest customers are gonna build there own battery factories https://batteryindustry.tech/lion-electric-plans-to-build-a-new-battery-factory-in-quebec/"
hope all this helps I try to be completely accurate but I certainly could make a mistake
Posts are in my opinion. My research could be flawed but I put a strong effort into it
