Before spreading FUD, try to stay away from quotes(It's too easy to refute by just showing the facts :). So here is what was ACTUALLY in the PR:
" Further, Relief has not directly had any discussions with Operation Warp Speed or any other U.S. government agency."

Notice the use of the word DIRECTLY and that U.S. is present before government agency. These are significant and were put there for a reason...
