Price was about $.50 on Dec 23, the day the agreement was reached. Angel Investment firm wants to benefit from the gains their $$$$ has made it possible to obtain. Hence the $.50 warrants (which can be bought back by Imperium (if I read the filing correctly)... NOT TOO SHABBY!

Look at it this way... instead of giving them shares THEN (while sp was at $.50), which would have dragged down the price, now the sp is free to grow without shares flooding the market. When (and if) the warrants are exercised, the company will be worth much more than it is now, and the new shares will be slowly fed into the market, as GH Investments will most likely hold long term!
