It was a 2,000,000 share trade at .0002 at 12:50 ET. All trades of course are both a buy and a sell. Someone sold at .0002 to someone who bought at .0002. It would be classified as a buy because it went through on the Ask, but classifying trades as buys or sells is only useful to show trends. All trades are both buys and sells.
