First Day Back At School from Christmas Break

Breakfast: Eggs Over w/ Ham
Lunch: Pulled Pork Fajitas
Dinner: Burgers and Sweet Potatoes

Pesto makes Burger Night special:)

In a food processor ...
Fresh Basil Leaves
Chopped Garlic
Grated Parmesan
Lemon Juice
Olive Oil
Salt
Black Pepper

Spin till smooth ... voila!

Trick: I add some spinach in there sometimes :)

People who say it cannot be done should not interrupt the person doing it.
