So now you say they have their own components ( recipe ) ..Others here who claim this to be a dead stock claim they bought and own the recipe ( components ) that is essential to operating the plant...Yet the monitors report claims they would”not purchase the recipe ( components ) which is ESSENTIAL to operating the plant...However the purchaser needed assurances the components would be available as it was ESSENTIAL in operating the plant...I believe the monitors report would be much more accurate in this situation...Just sayin...
