Yes, and there is still 6.7 billion shares on the ask. No matter how many shares are traded, that number just seems to keep on growing. 2 days ago, there were "only" 4 billion shares on the ask.

Something fishy is going on here...

My guess is that they are diluting the hell out of this stock and pumping billions of shares into the O/S.
