Right.. "every sell has a buy" - but people buying the ask price are in "I gotta get into this before the price goes up" mode... while people selling to the bid price are in "I gotta get out of this before the price drops" mode.

So, when more trades are "sells", it means there are more people holding the stock and thinking the price is going to drop, than there are people holding cash and wanting to buy in before the price rises. And "sentiment" - what people think the price is gonna do - is the ONLY THING driving this bump. People saw a huge buy at 0001 and thought "someone is willing to spend real money ($200,000 for 2 billion..) to get in here. Then, people saw a countdown timer, an upbeat-but-empty press release, and a similarly specious video, and thought "I gotta get in because something's gonna pop here".. and now they're seeing the orice falling, and thinking "gotta get out while i can". Since there is NO BUSINESS, NO REVENUE, to this "company", sentiment is all there is.. and it becomes a self-fulfilling thing. The price will drop BECAUSE more people think it will. That's why "sell" vs. "buy" matters.

This is my opinion. There are many others like it, but this
one is mine!

Seems simple, right?
