I agree with you on the gambling part and that's why I said I'm only putting in $3900. It's on line without a password so therefore I disagree with you on calling not "public". Might be difficult to find but not impossible, especially with a ticker that has as many shareholders and interest as OWCP.

THE BIG QUESTION IS ABOUT THE SIGNIFICANCE OF IT, AND MY OPINION ON THAT IS I WANTED TO FIND OUT WHEN THAT WAS UPDATED???

If it was recent something good is probably happening, but if it was old then the $3900 dollars I have left in this will probably shrink to under $2000 by the time I realize it.

So when you say gambling you are right, is it worth a $2000 (since I can get 1/2 of 3900 dollars back) for a chance at %80K or more?? And that gamble all depends on how recent that webpage update was. Since no one on this board said they have seen it before my odds are looking better!!!

As far as emailing those 10 partners, I would assume it's NDA material.
