Some people are getting infected after the 1st vaccine dose. The 1st protects 50% after 7-10 days so it would be stupid to stop wearing a mask and social distancing. After the 2nd dose there is 95% protection so still 5% can contract the virus and carry it to others. None of those vaccinated twice got severe illnesses but a few have died after the 1st dose probably because they go out and contract Covid or they got it just before the dose. After the 2nd dose 5% can still get mild infections and pass it on to someone who gets a severe case, goes to ICU. and dies.
Anyway, a few important points.
1. We don’t know how long protection lasts or if there will be mutations. Therefore, we need other vaccines that give longer protection and can be adjusted to protect against mutated viruses.TNXP & CAPR are developing better vaccines.
2. We need antibody and antiviral treatments like Sorrento and other companies are developing.
3. We need treatments for ARDS and blood clotting which kills people. PSTI, RDHL, CAPR & ATHX have the best potential in this area.
4. Even after 2 doses of the vaccine, I would still wear a mask in public to model for others to show them that it is important. Strangers will not know that I have been vaccinated. If Trump would have done this starting in March I think there would have been a lot less deaths.
5. We need more testing with rapid results.

How were these vaccines pushed thru for emergency authorization while stem cells, Sorrento’s antibody nasal drops and other treatments not pushed thru? They could be proven to be safe and effective much more quickly than the vaccines.Lets get someone new in charge of the FDA and end the pandemic
