They have the business plan and will execute it when the time is right. With oil prices where they are now, not a chance. The 90-100% production is a long way off. The existing production with production increase to 3200 wont even happen until oil prices stabilize well above $60.00. There is no since going into production at a loosing price. Oil price will go back up. My guess would be it is looking to be about 6 months. JMHO
