Although he is certainly not smart, it more has to do with his flippant attitude. How many times did he post here on this board, "go ahead and call the SEC, let us know how it turned out"?

Why? He's gotten away with it for 7 years until now. Go back to the prior company where he got sued for in part booking distribution sales that never materialized. Paid some cash with corporate funds to settle, and moved on, right?

So he has been conditioned that he can do whatever the hell he wants, and cash in.
