It's as good as done but still work to do with the finalized structure, additional k's, etc. The DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT is expected to be completed and released on wednesday barring any set backs. We will be seeing information coming out on merger and the details for the next 30-90 days. Alot of work left to be done as Aero wants to do what's best for both the company itself and the shareholders. They really want the AMEX or Nasdaq exposure in the near future and are confident that they will get there. It truly has been a joy to me in speaking with representatives from both parties involved, all sharp and concise with their explanantions.
10,500 on the dow and 2000 on the nasdaq are right around the corner, don't blink!
