I'm down wit dat. But last time I had gotten my hopes up on news from MF, I landed here with just more speculation. Thinking dialing back my expectations may be the best way forward. Not all CO'S intend to lie, some do, but I'm not convinced that is the case here. MF was excited and and made a calculated estimate, it was inaccurate. Absolutely some here shall point the finger and scream lier. MF set himself up for that, but I choose to be cautiously optimistic. Don't mind pessimisticly optimistic individual though, we need "know it alls" too, they think. They get to be right!, but live alone for good reason. Later than sooner works here, imo. Already doubled my money. Hate selling too soon.
