BenK, it wouldn’t be an issue if they had a solid track record of closing all of their LOIs. But they don’t, not by a long shot. So when they say an acquisition is expected to close by the end of the year, it needs to close by the end of the year. Now the market is going to question whether it’s going to close at all, and the last thing we need is the pps going any lower. The equity is already set to be destroyed at current levels.

I get things happen in life and in business, but there was no need WHATSOEVER for them to put out any sort of expectations. They did the same their with several of their RE PR’s, and then those expected timetables came and went and shareholders were left wondering wtf was going on for quite a long period of time.
