Again, the company financial statements were written by Berman, so they're meaningless. Additionally, they're unaudited, although audits didn't stop him from publishing bogus financials as CEO of now-defunct Access Healthnet.

I'd certainly pay $10K for a dig in Berman's garden, if the DOJ hasn't been there yet. :P If he has misappropriated $360K for live webcam porn, it's a safe bet that he has misappropriated millions.
