ACTUally i think we should all give finra and our elected congressional reps a call ..FInra is the entity which ultimately held things up .Not jennings who can do what he wants as a private shareholder.But for the life of me if you have significant holdings in a stock why not do the one thing that would increase the value of those holdings almost immediately. Could he be driving the stock down to these levels verbally buy actually increasing his position in the stock physically . Under a dime a million shares isnt even a 100k?
