NEW YORK, Jan 5 (Reuters) - U.S. oil and gas producer EOG Resources Inc (EOG) said on Friday it expected to record a $31.5 million gain for in the fourth quarter of 2006 related to gains from financial price swap contracts.
The company expects a gain of $27 million from natural gas swaps and $4.5 million from crude oil swaps.
