I expect them to announce that they have purchased approximately 239 acres of land near Lake Preston, that they took the option on, which more or less started the run.
That money might give them a good opportunity to expand.
With Biden as president, renewable energies will do a lot better and there might only be growth coming.
So that's why the offering is pretty large.
