black jacker- actually an 8-k would not be required, blech spread his shares through so many people ,trusts, shells, foundations etc. that they are viewed as different entities therefore the percentage that each hold does not meet the percentage of shares owned to file, 240 million yes by 1 yes, 30 million by 8 ,no sir
