I think your quite right. I was exclusively a precious metals investor for the last couple years but finally got back in to stocks this Spring. I couldn't resist all the plays that were popping up.

I also think if those stimulus checks go through a pile of young investors will probably be buying up pennies big time.

The other thing is the Green New Deal, it could mean some real explosive growth for all sorts of tiny "Green" companies that have very little on the books.
