The process for filings is well documented on the otc website.

1. First, Verify profile and update company officers and address

2. Upload last 2 years of financials and attorney letter (the OTC then reviews these and provides company with feedback).

3. Once 2. Is approved then and only then does the company go current and CE is removed. The process takes 3-5 business days. So if company updates profile on Monday and uploaded documents that day it could be as early as today but up to sometime next week.

Again this is well documented on the otc website in a PDF that talks about how to get ticker symbol current.
