ERBB had a massive 500:1 reverse split about a year ago.

American Green IS 100% confirmed scam, confirmed by not only DD done on this board but also by former CEO Stephen Shearin as well as several past AG employees and “partners”.

David Gwyther, Colleen Manley, Peter Jacobs, Jillian Sanburg “Lil Piggy” Jacobs and the AG insider are criminals committing investment fraud. Period. This is NOT conjecture, it is pure fact. The SEC doesn’t care because the aforementioned criminals are small fries and the SEC is so understaffed they can’t keep up with fraud like ERBB.

There is ZERO intent to create a real business. All insiders want to do is crank out enough hype to keep shares churning so they and Convertible Debt holders can dump shares.

In 2014 I bought loads of ERBB at .00017 and sold for more than .10 for massive profits. This will NEVER happen again. This company is a scam and will never be anything but a scam
