Canning street shares are trading at 21.50. Ok this is not a merger at all. This is a complete change of a shell/company.

Still don't get what's going on but it is no merger in any usual sense. This is why it does not necessarily pay to bail before understanding the plan. This could possibly play out well for those who have stayed. Let's wait and see.
