I confirmed yesterday's drop was a sale at market by a long investor who took a 100% profit. Naked short took advantage of opportunity and sold at BID for rest of trading day. Naked short position is currently over 3m shares they continue to double down ahead of IPO betting it won't happen.

Investors should reference WNW chart for what happens on IPO of low float stock. WNW moved 3000% in three days of institutional buyin. Most of these investors were from China who can not purchase OTC stocks but can purchase on NEO being an "exchange" not a "market".
