This company is a scam. They have no product. They always claim to have deals pending with Africa, Canada and others. They never do, never did. They will say there is no foreseeable reason to reverse split, then you invest and they immediately reverse split the next week. They are liars, scammers, thieves. There is no reason to waste your money by dumping it into this trash. The CEO should be in prison. I don't know why the SEC lets them get away with this.
