Hi Wake I had reached out to John O'Bireck in mid Oct. With Sparta's huge contract in the trucking industry, the PPE orders, and Shawn being a director in Sparta. I think we will see news on this soon. As you can see from John's email below he was already talking with Shawn in October. Also, Shawn will have exclusive rights to sell Covid Clear in Canada.

Thank you for reaching out. As I didn't know who you were, I reached out to Shawn Leon to first of all ask who you might be and secondly to discuss the ideas of some sort of synergistic cross-pollination that could help both companies. Some obvious synergies jumped out but we agreed to explore the possibilities in greater detail when he gets back.

As you can tell by our website, Sparta is actually in the Environmental space, but with the COVID-19 crisis all around us, we felt we needed to do our part to help bring some normalcy to the post pandemic world - especially as it relates to the transport industry (where we have significant presence). But anything we can do for any sector of the economy, in this time of war [albeit , with a ghost], all of us should be seeing what we can do to help assist. So we definitely look forward to the discussions with Shawn to see what can be done to help advance the cause.
